This project is a brand and web revamp for Cloudberry, a PR communications agency. It was started from user research, understanding the target audiences and the site structure, to ideate design concept, and also implementation. A light makeover of the identity design was also suggested in order to fit its tone of voice and transform the brand to be more future-proof.
What problem did I want to solve?
Cloudberry’s current website is outdated in terms of design style, and its unclear site structure causes confusion about who they are and what they excel at for both existing and potential clients. Our solution should offer a way to shift the focus and bring clarity to the services Cloudberry provides, while simultaneously refreshing the visual identity.
We analysed the current UX and site structure, brand personality, and the volume of content. Something that we would like to bring along are the style of the imagery, the cases, and shared insights. Yet, the cases and shared insights should’t be confused since the purpose is different i.e. the cases is more visual driven while an insight is primarily designed to be shared and text-heavier.


We proposed a clear structure that is easy to navigate where the cases are the carriers of the services to a greater extent and the teams always comes first.

By boosting the Brand Personality of Cloudberry, the overall look and feel is lighter and cleaner.
